Physical products (ex. saxophones, mouthpieces, physical albums, t-shirts, etc): Product must be unopened, unused and in original packaging to be eligible for returns, within 3 days of purchase. Products that have been used or opened are ineligible for returns. Products are not eligible for returns if shipped outside of the US or Canada. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of purchaser.

Digital products (ex. transcriptions, digital songs, digital downloads, etc): Sorry, we do not allow returns on these items, as they have been “consumed” once downloaded. We do however offer customer assistance if you have any issues with your product or have trouble downloading the product. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues or questions.
